The entire staff over at Gerber Collision and Glass at this location was extremely friendly and understanding during the repair process! They were completely transparent in showing me the car progress and what the hold ups were during the process. Everyone at this location was awesome! I would prefer to use this location as my go to collision repair shop!

I went in for my scheduled claim estimate. The paint on My SUV had been damaged all around the wheel. I saw Ellen C and she had her buffer guy come out to see if he thought he could fix it. Ellen and John fixed it right then and there. What great people who care.

Really appreciated the service and care our car repairs received. We had a bumper plus windshield that needed to be replaced and Troy Acton went out of his way to insure we received top notch service. Our repair went a little longer than expected due to additional items being uncovered that needed to be fixed but, in the end, everything was finished, and the car looks great.

Fortunately, I've never had to use a body shop before but my experience was amazing. I called my insurance and filed a claim over the phone. Told them I was using Gerber Collision and that was it. The hardest part was dropping my vehicle off and getting a ride. Gerber took over and from then on I received text updates almost daily of the status of work. I was contacted by Gerber that my vehicle was ready. I paid my deductible and went on my way. I am a picky person and I want able to tell anything had ever happened.
