I was looking at buying a rebuilt title vehicle and brought it by Gerber for a pre-purchase inspection. Orlando did an excellent job and quickly found numerous repairs, salvage parts, and issues that hadn't been disclosed. I could tell right away that they have an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend anyone to Gerber Collision. They saved me from making a bad purchase and a lot of money and headaches in the future.

I was involved in a car accident on 5/10 around 4 pm on the east side of town. My insurance company authorized repairs there. I called at 515 spoke to Paige who advised the shop closes at 530. I was at 37th & Woodlawn it was raining and my passenger window was shattered. I knew I couldn't get to Gerber by 530. Paige was so kind and offered to wait on me. I was so appreciative to her because she didn't have to do that. Needless to say from Paige to the body shop mechanic who did an excellent job of repairs I am very happy with the outcome and definitely will recommend Gerber. I'm a satisfied customer!

Two years ago Paige was a big help. It is not common to find employees that go that extra mile to make a bad situation easier for us when we are stressed. Again, we find ourselves in need of help, we were rear ended in that mess on Kellogg! I called to see if Paige was still at Gerber, if not i wanted to take my wife's car to where she worked if she was still in the auto repair business. When I found her still here at Gerber I was pleased, having problems with the insurance company that was liable, she again stepped in to assure me it would work out. She is very knowledgeable and explains how things should work. Just doing that well is a plus for customers that aren't sure about these kind of situations! Thanks Paige for your professionalism and courtesy, we will recommend your services to others!

Orlando M. and his entire team was magnificent with their customer service and how prompt to detail of attention on our SUV that went in for auto body repair. They knew that we had only one vehicle and they made it happen with such a fast return rate on the repairs needed. All the body panels that was repaired and repainted it came out looking so good(looks like a brand new truck again). Thank you to all the guys and gals at Gerber collision for helping us out. We are definitely passing the word around to all our family and friends who ever need any auto body or glass to be done is to take it over to you guys there at Gerber collision. It's very hard now days to find a honest dependable and high quality auto body shop to rely on but we did thanks again.

James and Paige are so friendly and great to work with. They kept me updated the whole time and were great with answering all the questions I had. Definitely 5 stars! Everyone was courteous and went out of their way to make this as pleasant an experience as possible. We dropped the car off on Monday morning and was told that they would try to have it done by Friday. They had the car done by Wednesday afternoon and during that time period, we were kept updated as to the progress. When I picked up the car, they not only fixed the car damage but fixed my gear shift lever as well. What a pleasant surprise! I'll definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs this service. Thanks!

Loved that I was kept apprised of the progress by text messages to my phone. Also was pleased that the work was completed earlier than estimated. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and so friendly. Great work, great staff.
