I was privileged to have Tim and his team work on my car. Tim was very informative and provided constant updates throughout the entire repair process. He kept me updated via phone calls about what they were working on next, as well as the estimated completion date and pickup time. I could tell they worked very diligently because my car was actually finished a day earlier than originally scheduled. When I arrived to pick it up, we did a full walkthrough, and my car looked amazing. They cleaned the interior, washed the exterior, and even shined my tires. Honestly, the car looked just like the day I bought it. I can confidently say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who may need the services they provide. Gerber was absolutely fantastic and did wonderful work when my vehicle was broken into, and the ignition was damaged. Hannah at the front desk was very informative any time I called and always had an answer for me. When I picked up my car, it was completely spotless and almost brand new.
