Professional service from the start. Well trained greeter/service admistrator named Cam was very professional with a personality suited to help someone who was in an accident. He earned my respect having helped me throughout the process. The general manager Harry was professional having prepared an estimate and walking me through it thoroughly. The repair seems to be right on (after driving 1 1/2 days). The paint work was exceptional! I rate their overall service and quality 5 out of 5. Big THANKS to the team at Gerber Collision & Glass, Independence MO!

After fussing with another provider for almost two weeks, I had my car taken to Gerber. WHAT A RELIEF!!! They worked seamlessly with my insurer. They kept me posted on their progress and the car was ready sooner than expected. I picked up my car today. Looks good as new. There were no surprises when I paid my deductible. They even took care of returning my rental. If I could give them ten stars I would. Thank you, Gerber.
