Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. While my vehicle was in for repair, we had a severe thunderstorm warning with reports of baseball sized hail nearby. I called to ask if my vehicle could be kept inside the garage and was told all vehicles had already been brought inside. Repairs were done quickly and when I picked up my vehicle they had even washed it and vacuumed the interior. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

The repair looks good, but I had to take it back because the headlight didn't work. This shop is 40 minutes away for me. It ended up there because it was transferred from Riverside. We should have been informed before scheduling our appointment. Then we were told it would be done sooner than it was actually completed by days. The car was supposed to be flatbedded back to Riverside, but the manager cancelled the flatbed and scheduled a regular tow truck. We were against this, so we had to go get it. We were not informed until the shop was about to close causing more stress, the longer drive, and no time to address the headlight this cause another trip out. The inside of the car was also dirty when we got it. Shout out to Cam for cleaning it for us. I don't feel that I will be recommending Gerber in the future.

Everything from my initial contact until my pick up was remarkably well done. Kayla P made me feel very comfortable with what was gonna happen and that carried on all the way through until I picked up my vehicle. The daily text updates are a very nice touch. Everything from the get-go was professional efficient all the employees are very kind. Hopefully I'll never need another body shop but if I do, I will definitely return to Gerber. Thank you for making a horrible experience. Much better.

Have to say we have had to have repairs 3 times from varies auto accident claims as well as one hail damage repair over last few years and we took our vehicles to Gerber's each time....we received exceptional service and our cars were returned in perfect condition, looking new again. The staff there were very attentive to our needs and we appreciated there service.

Going through everything when I picked my car up was very thorough. Everyone I encountered both on the phone and in person were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was privileged to have Tim and his team work on my car. Tim was very informative and provided constant updates throughout the entire repair process. He kept me updated via phone calls about what they were working on next, as well as the estimated completion date and pickup time. I could tell they worked very diligently because my car was actually finished a day earlier than originally scheduled. When I arrived to pick it up, we did a full walkthrough, and my car looked amazing. They cleaned the interior, washed the exterior, and even shined my tires. Honestly, the car looked just like the day I bought it. I can confidently say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who may need the services they provide.
