Although I may have been a nuisance to the team at Gerber Collision- Wornall, the team handed my repairs beyond imaginable. I was distraught after my collision accident and was afraid I was going to lose my car due damage but Gerber Collision exceeded my expectations. They handled my concerns with grace and got me back on the road in 14 days! I highly recommend this place to anyone in similar Situations! I have a claim through Carvana/Silverrock and I was very confused on the process and what they had actually put through for approval. It is within my 7 day money back guarantee timeline with them. I called Gerber and Matthew G. helped me. He told me to come in in the morning and we would figure it all out. He was amazing to workwith. He explained their process, checked out the vehichle, got the quote back to Silverrock, all within 30 minutes. He was kind and didnt rush my questions. After recently dealing with dealerships and looking for a new car I had a lot of apprehension about having to go to yet another shop and talking to someone. I really appreciated him and while I hope to not be a repeat customer - I would gladly recommend Gerber due to my interaction with him alone.
