Outstanding craftsmanship after my new Civic was T-boned by a bicyclist with significant imprint crunched in doors and head on frame above door. Anthony orchestrated the work in a timely manner and was so thoughtful. The gal at the office was wonderful. I was stunned after the accident and they were so kind along with being reassuring. So glad she pointed out how to take care of paint . Thanks so much for employees that understand just how important our cars are to us. Appreciate the business Gerber is in. Called to tell my agent's office how happy I am and I'll tell everyone how well I was care for. Tried to do a google and FB review but it wouldn't go through. Anyway can tell you have excellent corp. leadership this doesn't just happen.

Could not have asked for a better experience with a collision repair business. Brian was amazing and went the extra mile over and over through the whole process! Was kept up to date on timelines, and what was being done to my vehicle. Replacing the frame and bed on my truck after a rear end collision with a semi was no easy task. I scoured this truck from top to bottom and could not find a single issue. They did an absolutely amazing job repairing, painting, and the final fit/finish of the vehicle. Truck looks better than new and the work was done in about half the time I was expecting.

Traveling from Florida to our home in South Carolina we, along with several other cars, ran over something in the road on I95. We sat on the interstate for 4 hours waiting for a response from our insurance company. When we were finally towed to Gerber the ladies in the office(Michele & Tessa) provided a restroom, cold water, sympathy, a call to a rental car company, advice on accommodations and restaurants along with directions. Curtis gave our car a thorough inspection and a preliminary estimate. He worked hard to speed up the process knowing that we were from out of the area. These three people treated us (two seniors) like family and we are very grateful to them for their caring and their work.
