Traveling from Florida to our home in South Carolina we, along with several other cars, ran over something in the road on I95. We sat on the interstate for 4 hours waiting for a response from our insurance company. When we were finally towed to Gerber the ladies in the office(Michele & Tessa) provided a restroom, cold water, sympathy, a call to a rental car company, advice on accommodations and restaurants along with directions. Curtis gave our car a thorough inspection and a preliminary estimate. He worked hard to speed up the process knowing that we were from out of the area. These three people treated us (two seniors) like family and we are very grateful to them for their caring and their work.

I and my wife have had our vehicle repaired three different times and each time it has been done professionally and beyond our expectations. Bryan is always friendly and Courteous to us. He tells us what he expects to find and always keeps us up to date on when they expect to get the parts in to do the repairs, and when they expect to have the vehicle ready. Gerber collision and glass did a great job repairing my 2017 Ford F-150. I had somewhat decent damage to the front of my truck and it only took four days to repair at Gerber. My truck looked the same as when I bought it brand new last year. The repairs were spot on, the inside of the truck was cleaned and spotless as well as the outside. The employees were very nice and helpful as well. I would highly recommend using Gerber.
