I chose Garber Collision on Cassatt Ave. in Jacksonville to repair my 2011 Lexus RX400H (that had been damaged in an accident) because of their good reputation and reasonable pricing. I am very pleased with their repair of my vehicle. Anthony managed the repair from start to finish and provided me with timely updates and coordinated everything with the insurance company. He convinced the insurance company to include and pay for the replacement of a 2nd headlight assembly ($1,200) that was not on the insurance company's estimate and gave me a good price on a tire that I needed to replace that was not on the insurance company's repair estimate. Anthony also gave me a good price on replacing a tire that I needed to replace that was not due to the accident, Good Company, good man, good work. Nuf Said.

Outstanding craftsmanship after my new Civic was T-boned by a bicyclist with significant imprint crunched in doors and head on frame above door. Anthony orchestrated the work in a timely manner and was so thoughtful. The gal at the office was wonderful. I was stunned after the accident and they were so kind along with being reassuring. So glad she pointed out how to take care of paint . Thanks so much for employees that understand just how important our cars are to us. Appreciate the business Gerber is in. Called to tell my agent's office how happy I am and I'll tell everyone how well I was care for. Tried to do a google and FB review but it wouldn't go through.
