I was impressed with the service at Gerber from the minute I walked in the door. Gracious gentleman at the front desk offered me coffee, tea, or water. Employees explained the problem with patience & answered all my questions. And my car was fixed very quickly! I received phone calls with updates. And they let me drop off my car late because I work long hours as a teacher. Also, they cleaned my car thoroughly, outside & inside. I was not expecting that. It is MUCH appreciated. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends.

Team here did fantastic job on my car. I was getting updates from the time i left the car and till i picked up. Front desk person explained me the procedure and did a complete walk through. They also did a good cleaning of interior as well.

The receptionists, and Mr. M. treated my repair and myself with priority. I was also well-informed with repair details before the work started. I was also impressed with the equal level of courtesy other customers were given. I must also thank Addie from Enterprise; in short, the insurance company handling the repair/rental details was in no rush to see this completed. Addie was a major help in moving things forward. She was practically my representative. Thank you very much EVERYBODY for exceeding service expectations. The result? My driver-side is showroom quality!!!!!
