had a great experience at this location. From the time I received my estimate to the time I picked up my vehicle Farm Bureau and Gerber worked swiftly. I had hail damage to my vehicle, and even though they were extremely busy, I was able to get an appointment very quickly Gerber. Michael R. was super helpful and professional. He kept me informed through out the entire experience. I received excellent customer service not only from Michael but from the entire Gerber staff. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing service done.

Kyle went the extra mile to replace my crushed license plate cover that was damaged in the accident. The best customer I have had in years.
