Recently I was on a very serious car accident. My Chevy equinox was only 2 months old and had front end damage. Gerber called me twice a week to keep me updated. It was a long two weeks but the car looks like new. I recommend them highly. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

My experience with the Munster Gerber location was 100 % complete satisfaction. George and Sam kept me well informed of the progress of my vehicle the entire time. George went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my vehicle. Even when I picked up my vehicle (town was had a major road closure that day) they did not make me feel rushed or that I was as inconveniencing them when we were late to pick up my vehicle. They stayed later the the normal close of business and we're wonderful, masking sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend the Munster Gerber location to anyone and if I'm ever in need of this type of service again , I will go back to this location.
