The entire team was friendly and professional. I was constantly updated with information about my automobile. The process took longer than originally anticipated but that was to ensure that everything was done to the highest quality. I am extremely happy with the work that was done and I would highly recommend anyone that needs repair work to bring their car here!

The Munster location is great, the employees are wonderful, i have used them twice unfortunately.... Both times, they did a terrific job putting my car back together , friendly and forth coming, i have reccommended them in the first and second trip there, i tell everyone how good they are!! Jen and Maria were very professional and made us to feel very confident that they had our best interest at heart. Jen met the deadline quote and my wife's vehicle looked as though nothing ever happened. she was very well pleased! I'm not expecting to have another accident in the near future, but, if I did, I'm returning to the Valparaiso, Indiana location. And yes, we live in Michigan City, Indiana and rather go there than anywhere else.

Beautiful Job! the car looks like it has a make- over, it was only suppose to be a side bumper job but they buff out all the scratches all around, the front looks brand new, i'm very please. JOB WELL DONE

My experience was great. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. Even when the rental company gave me a slight run around after I had checked the car in for repair and had to return to get the car before repairs were done. My car was completed before the estimated time and was wash and vacuumed. All which lead to great customer service!!! Thank you Gerber Collision!!!

The staff at Gerber Collision is wonderful! I received hail damage to my vehicle and even though they were extremely busy, I was able to get an appointment very quickly! I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle through text messages and phone calls from Michael R. He managed to get my vehicle repaired in less time than I was originally quoted. This is my 2nd experience with Gerber and Michael and I will continue to entrust them with any of my vehicle needs! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and very skilled body shop!
