The end result was excellent. Thanks to the GM for double checking the work and making sure that it up to his standards before my vehicle left the shop. The GM stated that paint job needed to redone and kept for an extra day.

The entire experience, from point of entry to my exit was nothing less than professional. The entire staff was very friendly, embracing, and accommodating to my needs. My vehicle was fixed In a timely manner and was thoroughly cleaned inside out. I am not sure if the receptionist whom attended to me, but she was extremely helpful and adamant. Great customer service and the end result is my husband is proud to be driving his vehicle again. We will recommend their service to everyone. They pay attention to details such as the letters of the vehicle and matching the paint color perfectly. Being in a accident is very stressful, time consuming and expensive so it's nice to have a company that takes customer service seriously. Thank you for service!

The customer service was very professional, in addition to being friendly, the repair was handled with the utmost care and was done in a timely manner. In addition, I was also provided a ride to my residence so that I could continue the rest of my day! I am beyond satisfied with the repair of my passenger side mirror!
