I came into Gerber Collision in Valparaiso with some deep scratches in the finish of the hood of my car from an automatic car wash, seeking an estimate. The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping me and the estimator, Daniel, was very personable and eager to assist. Daniel thought that he might be able to rub the scratches out, but when they proved a bit too deep, he asked if I would mind returning to give the painter a look. I returned and Daniel & the painter, Ben, took a look at the damage. Ben was able to make some time accommodation for me, pull the car into the service bay, and with some buffing and additional effort, he was able to remove the scratches. I got my truck back today from a Gerber's in Elkhart.. I am completely satisfied with all facets of the repair on my vehicle. Your staff was professional, courteous and empathetic to my situation. They got it in quickly got an estimate then within 2 days it was in your repair facility being repaired. They estimated up to 9 days for my repair and had it done in 5 days.. very pleased .. thank you

I was impressed with the service at Gerber from the minute I walked in the door. Gracious gentleman at the front desk offered me coffee, tea, or water. Employees explained the problem with patience & answered all my questions. And my car was fixed very quickly! I received phone calls with updates. And they let me drop off my car late because I work long hours as a teacher. Also, they cleaned my car thoroughly, outside & inside. I was not expecting that. It is MUCH appreciated. I will recommend Gerber to all my friends.

Team here did fantastic job on my car. I was getting updates from the time i left the car and till i picked up. Front desk person explained me the procedure and did a complete walk through. They also did a good cleaning of interior as well.
