My experience with the Munster Gerber location was 100 % complete satisfaction. George and Sam kept me well informed of the progress of my vehicle the entire time. George went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my vehicle. Even when I picked up my vehicle (town was had a major road closure that day) they did not make me feel rushed or that I was as inconveniencing them when we were late to pick up my vehicle. They stayed later the the normal close of business and we're wonderful, masking sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend the Munster Gerber location to anyone and if I'm ever in need of this type of service again , I will go back to this location.

They are absolutely awesome at the valpo. Location. I got my car back 3 weeks earlier then they initially said. They called and texted me twice a week with updates. The guys that repaired my car, which I haven't even had 6 months, did an amazing job. Looks beautiful!! Thank you all!!! :)

The entire staff was courteous and professional and I had my car back a day before it was promised. Staff washed my car and vacuumed the inside. The hail damage repair was done very well and you can't tell it was damaged.

These Guy's worked with me. I expresses to them that the insurance company didn't give me a rental and also need my vehicle for work.
