Tony was amazing! I brought my SUV in after hitting a deer and he was able to give me an estimate and get my truck in and taken care of within 7 days. The work was spectacular and the customer service was top notch. They called the rental company to come pick me up, and when the work was complete, I was able to leave my rental there and they called to arrange pickup. It just made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with, and I truly appreciate them.

The men/women at Gerber Collision were very accommodating in getting my vehicle in right away for repairs following an initial assessment of what needed to be done. Every day, I was contacted and given a status as to what had been worked on and what still needed to be done. My vehicle was estimated to have been done on a Monday, but they surprised me and it was ready for me on Friday!! The men had me look at my vehicle prior to driving it off the lot to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I have never been treated this way in such a professional and courteous manner in any repair shop. The receptionist upon checkout was very friendly and definitely a people person. Everyone who assisted me throughout this process, I give them my highest rating.

The SUV looks good as new and Chad stayed in contact with me and updating my wife and I on our SUV and what was being done to it and when it would be finished . Couldn't have asked for a better experience that's for sure thanks Chad for all the help and the work did me to our SUV looks great

My vehicle had pretty bad hail damage. We decided to go to Gerber Collision because we had heard good things about them from some friends. Chad was very friendly and helpful! My husband and I were very pleased with how my vehicle looked when we got it back.

Jeff, the service gentleman at who took care of me Gerber Collision in Mister, IN. welcomed me with a pleasant greeting, he was simpathetic at the situation I went through with the accident. Jeff was very professional and so nice, he explained what the work on my car will entail. Jeff and staff did a great job on my car, I was extremely satisfied with their work and the crew at Gerber Collision. I will recommend this facility to friends and family. Thank You!

This operation does good work, right the first time and on time. They repaired our Honda Fit and was done one day ahead of schedule. I'm taking a old Jeep in for an estimate to fix repairs needed from the previous owner, because I know and trust them to provide a realistic estimate and actually do the work right without any issues. I can't remember the last time I was able to say that about other operations in the auto collision and glass business. Good job Gerber. You will have my business as long as you continue to do business like this.
