I was very pleased with their work. There were very professional and courtesy. During the time my car was in the shop they called me to give me the status on it and when I picked up my car it was vacuumed and cleaned. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

The folks at Gerber Collision were great to work with - professional, courteous, and exceptionally prompt. Nicole and Jared took very good care of me as well as my vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way. They gave me an estimated completion date and then met it! I met them through my insurance, and now I know why they are a preferred vendor for USAA, because they give top-notch service. I will refer others to them!

I was in a minor car accident and I needed a estimate to get my car repaired Gerber Collision and Glass had some good reviews plus they are on my insurance company choice list. I went to the Portage Indiana location and I talked to the GENERAL MANAGER : Joseph B. he was very polite and the reception made me feel welcome Joseph took a looked at my car and decide that it was only a little surface damage and looked worse than it was all it needed was a little rubbing compound and he proceeded in taking good care of my car and he saved me a lot of money and frustration he is a honest kind hearted man the kind we all need in our community I would gladly take car to him for future needs and I highly recommend this location to friend and family or anyone in need of trust worthy reliable service.being a woman sometime people try to take advantage ... when it comes to car repairs but his services were no charge. The staff and employees were very friendly, courteous and respectful. Mr. R. was especially helpful and respectful during the entire process. He kept me up dated on the status of my vehicle repairs. In fact the repairs were completed two days earlier than the promised date. I will definitely recommend Gerber services to others and will bring my vehicle back if I need repairs in the future.
