I have a 1998 Honda Prelude that means the world to me and the people in this store were so amazing they treated me and the car like it was a newer car. I only got an estimate but you will be the place I return to for the repairs. Thank you again!

I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service I received from SOME of the workers there, but not all. Melissa was helpful and provided me with an estimate quickly. Sam was nice and walked me through the insurance process, handled the insurance for me, and helped figure out my rental. George was a good manager , who made sure everything on my truck looked good. Mark the detailer cleaned it up really nice for me and Rob the tech, was happy with showing me his work and explaining what he did. They really make you feel like a friend and they are there to help and super personable. I was informed that there is an estimator there, by the name of Jeff who was supposed to talk to me after my truck was taken apart. He was supposed to explain the damages, let me know if there was any more damages than what they seen visually. Unfortunately, I never ... Heard from him.I feel like it's important to let customer know what's going on. I got my texts and calls every Tuesday and Thursday for updates from Sam, but again never heard from Jeff. Melissa, jumped up to give me an estimate when I first visited as I watched Jeff sit at his desk. When we came back inside, I sat down while Melissa wrote me an estimate and another customer walked in for an estimate. I watched Jeff walk out with the other customer and send her on her way, and overheard him say" I'll email you when I get one together" with an attitude.seems like this guy doesn't want to be bothered by customers.thankfully , there were others there to make my experience pleasant and I didn't have to deal with him. read more

I came in for an estimate for a paint transfer on my (minor) front bumper. Jose v., was awesome. He cleaned it up for me with ease. The customer service here was great from begining to end.

Gerber Collision and Glass at this location did an excellent and professional job. My 2017 Ram Truck looks like brand new again, it looks like it never was damaged. The paint was matched perfectly. I am like in a "WOW!!!" mode. Thank you, Thank you, I am very, very satisfied. Another thing that impressed me and I liked very much was that originally they were going to try (no promise) to complete the repair in about 3 days, however, when they discovered that the job required more time, I was notified and given a more definite day of completion. From that day on, they would either call me or send me a text message to inform me of the status of the repair and even on the day that the job was to be completed they called me to give an estimated time of day when it would be completed, and when my truck was ready for me to pick it up, ... they called me. I am really appreciative of that extra customer service they displayed. That is really a display of caring for their customers. I made me feel at ease and have peace of mind that my vehicle was continuously being worked on. You guys have my vote. If every a friend or acquaintance need to have collision work done on their vehicle, I will definitely recommend you to them and will highly encourage them to go to you read more

Great service! They did an excellent job in preparing my car. Kept me up to date on the progress of the repair and got it back to me 3 days earlier. My car looks great! They even threw away some broken plastic from my tail light that was in the car. Very nice people that work at Gerber Collision. Thank you.
