Couldn’t let another day go by without telling you and your staff how all of you went out of your way to do such a wonderful job on our car. This was the second time that we used this repair service and they always were friendly and got the work done faster than the estimated date! They called and kept us updated on the progress. We really appreciated this. When we picked up our vehicle this last time, they also gave us a 10 dollar bill they found in the car -- what company does this? They could have easily pocketed that money and we wouldn't have known the difference! That's a great company right there! Highly reccommend this repair shop in Valpo!

I walked in the shop the way I was greated by Danielle I was most pleased. I walked right into the lobby and it was very clean and orderly. I also was escorted through the shop by Rick and I was very impressed by the shop and how clean it was. I knew by the way I was treated and how they took care of the facility I was leaving my car with the right people. I would bring my car back in a heart beat.

The staff at the Hammond Gerber are very friendly, professional and provide quick and quality service. After I went and met with my claims adjuster for my insurance company he sent my information to Gerber and before I could even get back to my house they had called to set up an appointment to get my repairs started. When I brought my car in the woman at the front desk( I believe her name was Susan) took my information and informed George that I was there. George was very polite and efficient at explaining what they were going to do to fix my car and how long it would take and exactly how much I would pay when I pick it up. The repairs were completed at the time I was provided and when I went to go pick it up received the same high quality service as before. The repairs looked AMAZING! My front end looked like it did when I bought my ... car(which was brand new.) George walked the repairs and showed me exactly what they did and made sure that I was happy with them before I paid what I owe. I was walked through all the guarantees by Susan. It was a great experience and then when I got into my car they had vacuumed the inside and cleaned the windows. I could not have been happier with the service that I received and individuals that I interacted with ! They made this process easy and as painless as possible. I am truly happy that I chose them to perform the repairs and would recommended to anyone who needs work done. I hope that I don't need their services again, but if I do I will definitely be back! read more
