I would highly recommend having your car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass (Hammond location). They provided great service repairing my car. Dave Walla, general manager, called multiple times giving me updates regarding car parts arrival, estimate, and the progress on my car. It was greatly appreciated to have great customer relations during this process. My car looks brand new!

Gerber did an awesome job with my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and did a great job of keeping me informed (especially Brandy). And Ron made sure that I was completely satisfied with my repairs. He even took the time to address some minor concerns I had. I also had to have additional work done on my vehicle months after the initial repairs and, once again, Ron made sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you Gerber!!

I would give this facility and its employees a 10/10. I felt that the transition from towing my car to the facility to picking it up was very smooth. I especially appreciated that they kept me updated twice weekly on how the repair was going. This is unheard of in my hometown, and I certainly was grateful for this treatment because I am an out-of-state student at Valparaiso University. They worked with my parents' and my schedule to make picking the car up the easiest procedure possible, which I liked. Everyone's work ethic is impeccable, and I would certainly use their services again if I need them.

I want to Thank everyone at Gerber for providing excellent service. I hit a deer and did significant damage to my vehicle. This is the first time I have ever had a claim or any damage to a vehicle and one call to them put my mind at ease. My car was sent from Valparaiso to Gary so that Mike Horvath could do the work on my vehicle, because he was highly recommended to me. I can see why he comes recommended and I will be recommending him to anyone that needs body work done to their vehicle. They kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle because I was out of town while the work was being done. When I picked up my Nissan Pathfinder, it looked new again. It still drives wonderful. I just want to Thank everyone for their excellent service. This is one very satisfied customer, who will definately recommend Gerber!!!!

Service was great get 10 stars all around everybody. Highly Wreck- ommended by me! The updates were great George (who i dealt with most) could'nt have been more helpful.Also the guy who drove me home to get my license plate!! My car look's like new!!!!!!!!.

I have a 2006 GTO that is very diffucult to match the paint. I belong to a GTO forum and have witnessed numerous horror repair jobs on member's cars. The repair and paint job on my car was excellent, completed on time, and looks better than when I brought the car. I will post these comments on the forum for any car guys looking for a great place to get their car's repaired.
