Great service! I have never gone with providers that the insurance co. wants me to use because I was worried I'd get poor service but the exact opposite was true with Gerber. They even surprised me by fixing my ashtray inside my car with no charge and without me having to ask....that isn't what I went in for but they must have noticed it when they were driving it. I would highly recommend this company at the Highland location and will use them again in the unfortunate event that I need to :) It is refreshing in this day and age to actually have a business who treats you like they appreciate your business rather than treating you they are doing you a favor by taking your business! Extremely pleased with the quality of service and professionalism exhibited by your Staff in satisfactorily completing the damage repairs to my vehicle. Farmers Insurance was responsible for the final repair costs, which ended up approximately $300.00 or more under the original estimate of the repairs. Thank you for a memorable customer service experience.

This was my second time at Gerber and I cannot say enough nice things about them. I was involved in a hit and run and was told that it would take around 8 business days to fix. My car was finished in 3 business days and it looks amazing. The entire staff at Gerber is friendly and so helpful! I would recommend them to anyone!

My 2006 Chevy Equinox was at the Gerber Collision in Hammond, IN for about three and a half weeks. Throughout that time, the workers at the repair shop were very nice and prompt. They kept me informed about everything that was going on with my car. I got a phone call from them at least three to four times a week. When I picked my car up about an hour ago, George was very informative and explained in detail about all the repairs and was very helpful! I would recommend anyone to Gerber Collision after my experience with them.

Excellent service when I got the estimate very prompt and friendly and the same when I got my car repaired. Also great communication. I am very impressed and the facillity is very comfortable and clean. I hope I never wreck my car again but if I had to bring it somewhere it would be there also I would highly recommend this place to my friends

I would highly recommend having your car repaired at Gerber Collision & Glass (Hammond location). They provided great service repairing my car. Dave Walla, general manager, called multiple times giving me updates regarding car parts arrival, estimate, and the progress on my car. It was greatly appreciated to have great customer relations during this process. My car looks brand new!

Gerber did an awesome job with my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and did a great job of keeping me informed (especially Brandy). And Ron made sure that I was completely satisfied with my repairs. He even took the time to address some minor concerns I had. I also had to have additional work done on my vehicle months after the initial repairs and, once again, Ron made sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you Gerber!!
