Staff was friendly and courteous - repair appears to be well made and trust that it will hold up well as the vehicle ages - arrangement was made with Enterprise for a car rental, which we appreciated, as this is the only vehicle we own - car was returned to us with a clean interior, which we also appreciated - we would be happy to use your services again, if the opportunity should present itself and to recommend you to other interested parties -

Gerber did a great job on the car, and the Rep I talked to definetlly changed my mind about the company I would recommend their services because of the kind and courteos way they took care of everything and the great way the car looked

My experience with Gerber was, overall, excellent! Along with their great customer service and very polite workers, I felt very comfortable that my car was in great hands. The quality of work performed on my car was impecable. It was like I never was involved in a crash. My car looked like new! I give major props to your body shop guys that work in the back. Im super satisfied with my whole experience. I will deffinetly put the word out and refer my friends and family to you guys! There are not enough positive words to say about the service I received from this Gerber Collision location. My car needed quite a bit of work after being hit on the passenger's side. Every member of the Gerber staff was involved in providing a quick estimate, communicating with the other insurance company, keeping in touch with me 2x/week via email, responding to a few phone calls, and then returning the car in seemingly perfect condition. I could not be happier with this experience.

Gerber in Chesteron, IN did a fine job repairing my brand new 2012 Ford Focus. Although there were some delays, Randy Schoon and Lupe Gonzalez were great about communicating what was going on. Everyone was very professional and understanding, and the work looks great. Thanks for the great work. I will definitely recommend your shop to others.
