my 2013 escape had hail damage from a trip to michigan last week (wk of the 4th), did not look to bad but I was wronge, ur guys and gal at the shop in highland were very nice, and proffesional, They were up front and forth right, told me how they would repair my escape, and the prosses in whitch to repair it and how long it would take. They were right on the money and my new escape was done on time, and looks great. I thank you for have people who care about our cars, when they are in ur hands.
