My experience at Gerber was excellent. Especially the staff Bob and Kim was very understanding about the circumstances that caused the accident. They both worked w/ me throughout the whole process so believe me when I say they are the best. The work results are flawless so I recommend.

OMG! I was blown away by the workmanship and the above and beyond customer service I received. Not only does my fender look like new, the inside was obviously detailed, not only wiped down but I do believe the carpets were shampooed, and the car washed. Unbelievable!! On a scale of 1 -10 for workmanship and the time I was without my car, I give you an 11 and on the same scale for fantastic customer service from start to finish, this team gets a 12. I told everyone at work and should anyone decide to hit me again, you will definitely getting my business. THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!
