This is my 3rd or 4th time here at Gerber Valparaiso. Their professional conduct is beyond excellent. After they know you for awhile they simply make you feel like one of them but at the same time they retain that professional business conduct. Outstanding work, great staff, they always go the extra mile - Why would someone want to go elsewhere? I never will. I will always promote Gerber Valparaiso.

Service was better than I expected. It seems anymore that customer service is not a top priority but I was happy to see it still exists. Everyone was polite and on top of every aspect of my repair. My car looks great and was even vacuumed clean inside.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the entire operation. The courteousness of the estimator and the office manager was much appreciated. The work done was very satisfactory and the car wash (interior as well as exterior) was a nice finishing touch.

"OMG>>>The service was awesome. My vehicle had a rear window replaced as well as body work. The car was finished 2 days ahead of schedule, the staff stayed in contact with me so that I knew the status of my car. Everyone was friendly, and even the "Guy Terminology" was explained to me.
