Just wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the excellent human kindness I received from your staff at Gerber Collision in Merrillville Indiana. Mary Therese at the front counter was just a doll. She was very kind to me and my wife and eager to help. At our lowest moment and when our insurance company abandoned us when I thought they should have been there, Store Manager Aaron Hanson, was there. He made us feel human again. His caring and kind words took us from feeling like we were helpless to feeling worthwhile again. He is by far one of the finest people I have ever met and is deserving of a very large raise. Jim Studer, the back room body man was second to none when it came to re assuring me and my wife that our car would be as good if not better than when we had it before the crash. He acted like this was not a ... big deal and he could tackle this project with his eyes close. Like I said before, our insurance company was NOT there for us, but the aforementioned people were. You should be very proud of your staff for I know they have made a significant impact in our lives and will never be forgotten. read more
