Unbelievable customer service!! I cannot believe how wonderful these people were! My car got done super fast even on the day that the work was supposed to get started, and the service staff was incredible. There was a snafu with the rental car company. Ron, out of the incredible kindness of his heart and Jason, called the rental car company to remedy the situation for me to decrease the rate that I was being charged for the rental car. Ron, then was willing to cover a significant portion of the cost for me! This was so gracious, and USAA recommended highly this company. I, now, having been on the receiving end, HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision of Valparaiso, IN!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and for the amazing customer service you all provided!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about these people!
