I want to say how pleased i was with Aaron Hanson - General Manager and his team. I had someone vandalize the passenger side of my 2012 Ford explorer and when i called Aaron he got me in right away and took car of my vehicle the same day. Im very happy with the service I received from Aaron and the team at Gerber Merrillville, IN.

I had my car repaired here a few years back after an accident and decided to take my truck in because the molding on the drivers side came halfway off and was hanging off. I was a little skeptical when I pulled in and saw that it was no longer car collision but decided to go ahead and at least get an estimate. To my wonderful surprise the technician did the work in about 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! Thanks JOE GOETZ, you now have a lifetime customer who will spread the word. God bless..you really made my day!!!

The Merrillviile Gerber team was wonderful!!! Very kind and helpful. They repaired my car faster then they estimated, kept me informed on what they were doing with it and it looks better than new! I just got my car back today and already recommended them to a friend.

Gerber’s service was exceptional. My brand new manufacturer bumper was installed within a day. However, when the bumper they installed did not fit properly they ordered another one for me and the second one fit wonderfully. Our daughter had used Gerber after she was also hit, and was very happy with her repairs and the time it took. We would all highly recommend Gerber. The staff was very considerate, pleasant and professional.

My car was done 18 days earlier than originally predicted and it looks great! I appreciated the email updates from Brandi. The day of the accident, Gerber was very helpful and made the stress easier to handle - called Enterprise for me, contacted my ins agent, etc. Just a very good experience and it was nice to have such wonderful customer service!
