Gerber’s service was exceptional. My brand new manufacturer bumper was installed within a day. However, when the bumper they installed did not fit properly they ordered another one for me and the second one fit wonderfully. Our daughter had used Gerber after she was also hit, and was very happy with her repairs and the time it took. We would all highly recommend Gerber. The staff was very considerate, pleasant and professional.

My car was done 18 days earlier than originally predicted and it looks great! I appreciated the email updates from Brandi. The day of the accident, Gerber was very helpful and made the stress easier to handle - called Enterprise for me, contacted my ins agent, etc. Just a very good experience and it was nice to have such wonderful customer service!

Aaron and the staff at the Merrillville Gerber Collision & Glass were fantastic!! Recently had to take my truck in due to hitting an obstruction on I-65 and what could have been a horrible experience was great. The staff went up and above to ensure I was satisfied with the service and my truck came out great. Would recommend to anyone that they should take their car to Gerber, they care about their customers.

AWESOME!!!! the guys at your Chesterton location did an outstanding job, being a painter myself, I can see things others wouldnt......did an absolutely great job of blending the paint!!!!! And the girl doin the detailing before delivery, A+, the car was immaculate when I got it back!!!!! KUDOS to everyone at this location, was treated very good by all!!!!

I received more help getting this vehicle repaired than I got from my lawyer. They dealt with the other insurance company Alfa insurance for us. I was very happy with the work. They found things that were needing repairs that weren't accident related but were safety related. The vehicle was washed. It looked like a new truck. The manager dealt with me respectfully, gave me another estimate on another vehicle, which I am debating about repairing because this is tax time. A little short right now, and he understood that. I will communicate their service and locations to my insurance agent and refer others to them. The office personal were very professional and efficient. She explained my packet to me without the drag that most companies do when they want repeat business. Overall rating EXCELLENT.
