My experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was excellent. The receptionist was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They kept me updated throughout the process with one or two daily text messages. They were very flexible when scheduling a pick-up time (after their working hours )so that I could get my vehicle back sooner. I usually don't like to write reviews, but I will recommend Gerber Collision & Glasses in Westfield, Indiana.

Marci provided excellent customer service. She was polite, personable and professional. She answered all of my questions and kept me informed as to the progress of the repair of my vehicle. In addition she went above and beyond when my wife was unable to drop the vehicle off and I was unable to drive at that time. Well done. I would use Gerber for any future work.

I am so GRATEFUL for each one of them....Alene, Ryan and everyone who worked on my Equinox! Their patience w ME and reassurance each time I spoke w them....they had my car completed an entire week earlier than estimated...and again SO grateful because we needed the car for travel...the work completed was so detailed and Ryan took the time to explain each. I received a copy and told me to call ANYTIME if I had any questions or concerns....I jokingly stated...I mean NO disrespect BUT I do NOT want to see ANY of you again LOL...
