They provide recurring updates on the status of the work and make sure you are satisfied before you leave in your expertly repaired vehicle. We had our Equinox in to have it repaired because a deer hit us as we were driving. Gerber Collision did a great job in repairing our Equinox. They done it much quicker than they had originally thought. They kept us informed thru text message as to what was happening with our vehicle pretty much on a daily basis. They were very friendly and very helpful. We had used them in the past and we would recommend them to anyone. Very good company.

I had such a seamless experience with the Gerber team. I had never had to get work like this done on a vehicle, much less deal with insurance before, and the Gerber team was so helpful in guiding me through every step of the process. I knew exactly what to expect and when. They were very communicative, giving me frequent updates on my vehicle. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful, especially Thea and Stephanie. When it came time to pick up my vehicle it looked amazing. I would absolutely come here again.
