The staff was great.Each person that called me from the business introduced themselves and their position and how the condition my car was in while it was in their care, and they always kept me updated until my car was fixed. I thought that was very professional and I really appreciate that, and my van looked like it came straight off the Ballroom Floor a memory I will never forget! Much business to these guys cause they were excellent.

Scott would call every couple days to let me know the progress of the work being done on my truck, what needed to be done and the expected date of completion. Scott was very professional and I valued his honesty when I asked his opinion regarding additional work to be done on my truck. Everyone at Gerber was very courteous and professional ... The service was OUTSTANDING!! My estimator, George Connor, was sooooooo helpful, patient in answering questions, polite, and just made me feel like he really cared about myconcerns.The receptionist made me feel at ease and welcome as I waited my turn....very hospitable and customer-friendly. I will certainly be taking my car back to have a few other minor things done. I will certainly recommend them to others!!!!!!!!

From start to finish, professionalism all the way. They kept me informed day to day of the repair progress without me even calling once. I am the owner of a maxima, number 4 in three years so when I say I'm critical on a vehicle I am. This vehicle only being 4 months old I was worried about getting it back close to 200% the way it was before the collision. No worries with these guys. They got me back close enough to where I can live with. I highly recommend using them.

Without question, the customer service provided was outstanding. Work performed on my Suburban was excellent. From the painters in the back working on vehicles to the nice young lady at the front desk; all of them (management included) should be commended for the care they take of each and every customer. I am a returning customer and will continue to return if need be.
