I had my first Gerber experience this past week. I have to say that from the very first phone call to the time I picked up my car, and everything in between, EVERYBODY at Gerber was absolutely fantastic!!!!!! They were nothing by helpful, warm, friendly, and professional. They took care of everything with the rental I needed, and they kept me informed of the progress of my repair. I would highly "wreck-ommend" them to anybody!!!!!!

Very happy with the hole experience, took 5 days instead of 2 days. The computor sent me message to pick up car one day later, then they said. Found out the computor was the one sending me all the tex messages. Lupe Gonzalez was. nice to work with. Also very nice to have the rent a car/ enterprize very nice also.

I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. All staff was polite and professional. The 2 a week updates via text and email is the thing I probably liked best. It is always nice to know at what stage in the repair process your car is. I'd recommend Gerbercollision to anyone.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Very professional and nice! I was so anxious due to a horrible experience with another shop that did the estimate on the damages but they were reassuring and even honored the other shop's estimate! Got me in FAST and went above and beyond!! Even buffed out extra scratches and car came back better than when new. I'm so happy I'm going back there for extra work later!! Thank you!!!

My recent service at 7901 Taft Street Merrillville, IN was excellent. The General Manager was very helpful, and replaced my front bumper that they originally replaced a month ago through my car insurance. Although I was at fault for the bumper, they replaced it for me at no additional cost. I really appreciated the great service.
