My experience with the team at this location was outstanding. I worked with George and Dave directly. The service was outstanding. I was kept informed as to the development of my car regularly, so there was not question as to what was taking place. However, equally as impressive is the quality of the work that was done on my car. My car actually looks better than when I bought it! I would recommend anyone contact this location. In fact, my mechanic came with me to pick up the car, and he mentioned that he will be referring people whom he knows to this location as well. A very special thanks to the team!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with your facility. My claims adjusted stated service would take two days and that was accurate. I thought I was going to have an issue as I only had a partial check from Allstate due to a delay in them opening my uninsured motorist coverage. This was no fault of Allstate the party that hit me was not contacting my agent appropriately. Allstate mailed the additional check however my car was done before I got the check thinking this would delay me getting my car back but this was not the case as my Allstate agent called Gerber Collision and spoke to Rich Williams in regards to this issue. He asked that they cancel the two party check mailed to me and send a check directly to Gerber Collision and fax them a copy of the check. I found the people at Gerber to be very professional in dealing with my repair and the service was completed in a short amount of time considering the damage. The young lady at the front desk took my information, called the rental company and had me on my way in less the 45 minutes. I hope I do not have to but I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to a friend or family member.
