Everyone that I dealt with -- Danielle Fogarty, Scott Reynolds, & Rick Williams -- were very personable and patient with me as a consumer who had no idea what was involved with getting repairs completed on my damaged vehicle. I am also impressed with your guaranty of work for as long as I own the vehicle. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.

No insurance was used to pay for repairs. Randy at the Chesterton location informed that if no insurance would be utilized, Gerber had coupons on their website that could be utilized. This was a helpful tidbit. Completed work looks good. The guys even touched a small rock dent per my request - that was helpful since the car is only a few months old.

Exceptional service, got frequent calls on check ups, and overall a professional, hassle-free experience. I would almost never fill out an online review, I have no Facebook, loathe email, and yet the service was that good I felt compelled to go on hear and write this review. Won't think about going anywhere else for further repairs

I recently had some damage done to my daughters car which required a total paint job. I can not express the wonderful service we have experienced by this facitity. Guy Moore and everyone involved were very professional and also concerned. Repaired and completed the job in record time and it looks beautiful.
