No insurance was used to pay for repairs. Randy at the Chesterton location informed that if no insurance would be utilized, Gerber had coupons on their website that could be utilized. This was a helpful tidbit. Completed work looks good. The guys even touched a small rock dent per my request - that was helpful since the car is only a few months old.

Exceptional service, got frequent calls on check ups, and overall a professional, hassle-free experience. I would almost never fill out an online review, I have no Facebook, loathe email, and yet the service was that good I felt compelled to go on hear and write this review. Won't think about going anywhere else for further repairs

I recently had some damage done to my daughters car which required a total paint job. I can not express the wonderful service we have experienced by this facitity. Guy Moore and everyone involved were very professional and also concerned. Repaired and completed the job in record time and it looks beautiful. I am telling everyone what great service we recieved and also handed out a few sales cards. Thank You Guy and all his crew, you were a life saver.

The staff was great.Each person that called me from the business introduced themselves and their position and how the condition my car was in while it was in their care, and they always kept me updated until my car was fixed. I thought that was very professional and I really appreciate that, and my van looked like it came straight off the Ballroom Floor a memory I will never forget! Much business to these guys cause they were excellent.

Scott was very professional and I valued his honesty when I asked his opinion regarding additional work to be done on my truck. Everyone at Gerber was very courteous and professional ...
