EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Very professional and nice! I was so anxious due to a horrible experience with another shop that did the estimate on the damages but they were reassuring and even honored the other shop's estimate! Got me in FAST and went above and beyond!! Even buffed out extra scratches and car came back better than when new. I'm so happy I'm going back there for extra work later!! Thank you!!!

My recent service at 7901 Taft Street Merrillville, IN was excellent. The General Manager was very helpful, and replaced my front bumper that they originally replaced a month ago through my car insurance. Although I was at fault for the bumper, they replaced it for me at no additional cost. I really appreciated the great service.

Your Valpo office and crew really know how to treat a customer. Interactions were professional, friendly and to the point. They were able to complete my repair on the day promised even though the parts were delivered behind schedule to the facility… they called me when the repair was completed, which was close to closing time and waited the extra few minutes for me to pick up the car. Both the manager and young man that wrote up my order were every bit as service focused as before even though it was past normal hours; they actually thanked me for picking up the car after hours. Most impressive was the service I received when dropping the car off for the repair… My appointment was scheduled for a drop off between 8:00 and 8:30. I called at 8:20 to let the office know that i would be there at 8:30, but that I had a meeting approximately 30 ... minutes away and asked if they could call Enterprise a few minutes ahead of my arrival. I had prepared myself for a bit of resistance because in the past other companies, not Gerber, were unwilling to start a process ahead of my arrival - those companies were more focused on their convenience. Your team in Valparaiso had Enterprise waiting there for me, the young man that had given me the quote the weekend before was standing at the door waiting for me with the paper work ready and actually met me in the parking lot to take the keys, the staff in the office had everything prepared and let me know immediately what to expect and when they hoped to have the work done. I left your facility 4 minutes after opening the door to my car in the rental they provided and I never felt rushed… Your Valpo office made me feel like my time and my needs were the most important thing in their lives at that moment. They were as concerned about making my meeting on time as I was. I own a small service related business and I'll be using Gerber Collision and Glass as an example of how to treat a customer and earn loyalty. Actually, I haven't even seen the repair yet. It was dark when I picked up the car and haven't gone out to look at it this morning. I was so impressed with the customer service that I'm confident the repair will be to my satisfaction and if not that your Valpo crew will make it right. Very impressive! David Athans was very nice. When I picked up my car we did a walk thru to make sure that all the work was done on the car. I received a call every Tuesday and Thursday to let me know how things were going. I was given a completion date of October 31,2013 but the car was competed on October 28,2013. Also Kim has very pleasant customer service attitude. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass by Liberty Mutual (the insurer representing the individual who rear-ended my car). From the time my vehicle was evaluated for damages until the time, I picked up my car on Oct 3, I was treated wonderfully. I was kept informed by telephone, email, and text messages about the progress of repairs being done. My car was repaired in a timely fashion as promised. The repairs to my car were excellent. The Highland office consistently went the extra mile. I was pleased, and would highly recommend Gerber for any automobile repairs. When I picked up my car, it was also washed, a nice added touch. Thank you!
