I am happy that I chose Gerber Collision & Glass to repair my 2009 Kia Rio after a minor accident! The office staff was very helpful in scheduling a repair time and arranging for a rental. The branch General Manager, John K., explained all of the repair details upon intake and kept me up to date on the progress of the work. Upon completion, Mr. K.lead me on a detailed inspection of the collision repairs. I was quite impressed with the quality of the work! I was also surprised to find my Kia Rio in a "detailed" state of cleanliness! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass because of friendly service and the quality of the work.

The best service ever! Professional. Empathetic to a busy schedule. Great communication with regular updates both by text and phone contact. Arranged for no hassle rental while my car was in shop. So hard to find such great customer centered focus in business nowadays... Great job Aaron, Michael, and Frank! Car looks like new. Even swept inside.... :) Thanks!!

I was served very well. The staff was very concerned, polite, and prompt. The work was done very well. The car looks as if there was no accident at all. The estimator gave me a real feeling of being served very well, and that they will get the job done quickly. The receptionist showed politeness and greeted me very well. WOW! Gerber was great!

I just want to say this experience by far has been sooo wonderful. The staff at Gerber have been soo helpful with me in my whole situation. I love the fact how Gerber calls and does follow ups with your vehicle. I love the fact I called to speak with the manager and he returned my call excellent service. To be stressed about everything and Aaron has been such a great support. If I can give more of a rating it will be 10 stars. I'm so anxious to get back my car and looking new again.

They were both very professional and I also appreciated the car being vacuumed out, dusted, and washed.
