I had hail damage on my car and so I brought it to your Hammond location. Your General Manager John K. explained the repairs needed and helped arrange the repairs through the insurance company including arranging for a rental car. The service was so hassle free that I will have no qualms about recommending your shop to my friends and family.

I just wanted to let Gerber know Aaron and team form Merr did an excellent job.Picked up car on 7-24 everything was great.Next day came out to car and it was vandelized soon as I saw this I went to Gerber In Merr where the manager Aaron and team removed all of spray paint from my fresh painted car..I offered to pay for there service shop refused to take my money..Aaron stated no charge this is a cust satisfaction

I took my vehicle to Gerber after a hit and run accident. When the tore down my vehicle I was able to come in an see exactly what would have to be done for the repair. I was kept up to date on the repairs twice a week and when it came time to pick up my vehicle, again I went over it and was extremely pleased at how the repairs came out. Excellent!!
