I was served very well. The staff was very concerned, polite, and prompt. The work was done very well. The car looks as if there was no accident at all. The estimator gave me a real feeling of being served very well, and that they will get the job done quickly. The receptionist showed politeness and greeted me very well. WOW! Gerber was great!

I just want to say this experience by far has been sooo wonderful. The staff at Gerber have been soo helpful with me in my whole situation. I love the fact how Gerber calls and does follow ups with your vehicle. I love the fact I called to speak with the manager and he returned my call excellent service. To be stressed about everything and Aaron has been such a great support. If I can give more of a rating it will be 10 stars. I'm so anxious to get back my car and looking new again.

They were both very professional and I also appreciated the car being vacuumed out, dusted, and washed. Your General Manager John K. explained the repairs needed and helped arrange the repairs through the insurance company including arranging for a rental car.
