I recently purchased a 535I XDrive for my wife and the first soft touch car wash that I went to, I was hit from behind from someone who didn't realize his car was not in neutral. Minor damage to the BMW, but Gerber General Manager Joe B. was able to get me scheduled in within a day and out the next. The bumper was completely redone, and the outcome was outstanding. I was kept informed of every phase of the operation. Should I have the need for this type of service, I would undoubtedly go back to this shop. Outstanding service and the hours are incredibly accommodating.

I am pleased with the work that was performed on my Cadillac SRX. After scheduling my appointment, I was able to leave my truck and the work began immediately. I was told that my vehicle would take 7 to 10 business days, but my vehicle was ready in five days. It looks just like it came off of the show room floor.

They were great! They took care of us immediately. They were courteous throughout the ordeal. They were patient and kept us informed. There was no complications in communication or productivity. The enviroment was extremely clean. The car was restored to perfection. It was waxed and the interior detailed. The car was in better condition than when we brought it to Gerber. Joe B. was extremely professional, courteous and helped to make the experience hassle free. Jennifer called every Tues and Thurs to keep us informed and was always polite and helpful. We will definately recommend Gerber to others!!!!! Thank you!
