From the first day I called, Maryann was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The repairs on our Prius V is awesome!! I never expected the car to look like it did the day we drove it off the Toyota lot, but it does! Frank kept us up to date with the repairs being made and made sure we understood everything. We would recommend this Gerber branch to our family and friends. Our son had his Prius repaired here 2 or 3 years ago and the work was great then and continues today. Great service on my car's body work. I was given a real VIP treatment better than what I used to get from other collision places in Louisiana. And they gave me an excellent advice on the issue why my wheels were shaking. Some unskilled motor technician would have been doing some many costly experiment on the car for too long. But with just one look, they gave the best and straight to the answer solution to the problem. I went straight to firestone as advised and I bought 4 new tires, now my car drives so smooth. Even better than when I first got it.

Today I went to get a price on getting my rear interior driver side door handle fixed. I normally go to Art Hill Lincoln dealership, but they were very rude and I wanted to try someone different. So I came here. I was totally satisfied with general manager Aaron Hanson as well production manager Frank T. I will refer people to this location. It's very professional.
