I had my first accident in the 60 years I have been driving. No traffic tickets. I was devastated since my Ford Flex was new and I loved driving it. My husband had just passed away so I was very appreciative of the support I received from Gerber Collision and their reassurance that they would help me get through this. My Flex was done a little earlier than estimated and the workmanship was excellent. I liked the text messages sent to me updating their progress. I will certainly recommend their services to anyone in need...but hopefully that won't be me again.

I loved that I got my car back in a timely manner, they always told me what was going on with my car. And was done when they said so! My car looks brand new. Love that they even detailed the inside of the car (was not expecting that)! Very professional and handled everything with the UP most respect for me.

I have never used Gerber before and was pleasantly surprised of the service provided. From the ladies at the desk to the guys who repaired my car, the professionalism and friendliness they gave me will have me recommending Gerber to all those I know who need body work/glass repair. I normally don't go online to provide feedback on services, but I felt this was one company that I had to. Keep up the excellent work. If I ever need service again, Gerber will be the one I call.
