I am extremely pleased with the service i received at gerber collision in merrillville. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. They kept me up to date on the repair of my vehicle. Most importantly they did a great job on my repair. My car looks great!!! I was also very impressed with the speed of getting my car fixed. They were very quick and the manager made sure i got my car on time. He actually impressed me with how fast the repair was completed. They exceeded my expectations and i have already recommended the location to friends when talking about my car repair. Thank you for a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually had my car repaired at Gerber Collision in Chesterton, Indiana. 244 Melton Road. The staff was professional, helpful, and very friendly. I enjoyed the current updates on the progress of my car and they completed my car in less then the seven days they estimated. I would recommend this shop to all and would visit it again.

It's taken me a long time to get to writing this review and I feel it's long overdue. In August 2014 I'd taken my car in for collision repair to the Merrillville, IN location. The staff and management were very thorough and courteous. I' received a recommendation to take my vehicle for repair to them by way of my step-father who'd gotten collision repair done there about 6 months prior. Considering that's he's very picky on who works on his vehicle I felt comfort in taking my vehicle to Gerber. I had the mirror on my Infiniti FX35 repaired there. The service technician was very thorough in walking me through all of the repairs that needed to be done in order to repair the damage. They were excellent!! I got daily check ups, and my car was even done early. I love the extra touch of a car wash, and they vacuumed and wipe the inside of my car.
