They did a good job on my suv!! The suv rides like new and looks like new!! They were always keeping me updated on my suv and they did a great job!! I will always bring my suv or car to them!! Also i will tell all my friends and family as well!

Staff was very courteous and got the job done quickly. Cost of labor was much better than I anticipated, so that was a plus. Also like the atmosphere and cleanliness of the shop.

Service was very professional, quick and high in quality. The estimate for my car was prepared within 15 minutes of my arrival. The updates during the week as to status of work and anticipated completion were courteous and very informative. The completed work on my car looks great. And the explanation of warranty and care for the work done was clear and concise. Thank you for a job well done. I give a 5 star rating to this shop.

Not even 2 hours after my accident Rick, Sean, and Danielle had gone out of their way to accommodate me , give me an estimate , and get my car in the very next morning. I needed to drive a long distance to pick my daughter up from college. They arranged for Hertz to meet me as soon as I dropped off my car . They lifted my spirits. They were friendly and I felt assured my car was in competent hands. Rich offered to give me a tour and gave me a thorough explanation of how the process works. Danielle took care of my paperwork and phone calls. Sean was courteous to make time to give me an estimate snd follow up with a phone call. Rich called the following day. Gerber Collision took the inconvenience out of being involved in an accident. From the estimate to the finished repair the entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My car was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. And it came out of the shop looking amazing! No hint of an accident on my vehicle and they returned it to me cleaner than I left it with them! Their relationships with insurance & rental companies also take the hassle out of getting your car repaired. It was a relief to have everything taken care of by experts.

I'm recently new to the area and was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass by my insurance company (AAA). I was very pleased with the concern and kindness they showed me. It took longer than expected for my vehicle repairs. but was well worth the wait!

I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of repairs. A day after getting the car back a brake warning light came on the dashboard, we contacted Sean and brought the car in where they found a bad ABS sensor clip. Repair was done in a couple of hours and we were back on the road with no further issues.
