IN - 490 - 45th St, Munster - 12/10/14

I brought my car to the Munster location today, and was very impressed with the service I received on my vehicle. Not only did they replace the passenger side mirror but they also buffed out the side of the vehicle that caught my garage wall (Oopsie) and washed the inside and outside of my car. It's like I have a new used vehicle. I highly Wreck-ommend Gerber to all my friends, family and clients. The service I received today was outstanding. Thank you.

I found the staff at this location to be excellent at keeping me informed of the repair progress and the vehicle was finished a week ahead of the estimated date. The employees were polite. and willing to answer questions. I was satisfied with the repairs and the estimator took the time to explain everything before and after the repairs. I would rate my visit 5 stars.

Very courteous. Customer service outstanding. They are people of their word. I received text messages along with a phone call every Thursday advising of the status of my vehicle. Upon arrival & after receiving the car, it was spotless & smelled like a brand new car. The repair was done sooner than the expected date of 12/12.

I was in an accident, it was not my fault. This made everything I would have to go through a little irritating. Gerber, in Cedar Lake took all the effort out of the equation. I took my car to their office. They helped me get a rental. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. It was ready on Monday. The work was done beautifully and all I had to do was drop off the rental with them and pick up my car. I found it to be a great experience, as everyone I dealt with was extremely nice. The front bumper of my Mercury had cracked and was hanging down. I called Gerber because my long-time friend, Scott R., works there. It was an excellent experience. Scott gave me options about the repair, so I was able to make the choice that was affordable and appropriate for me. I would definitely bring any of my future business to Gerber. The lady at the front desk (Veronica, I believe) was also very pleasant and helpful.

I am so happy I choose Gerber Collision & Glass. I had 3 places the insurance suggested to me, and I choose Gerber. The front of the building was very nice, when I entered the office area, it was nice, and the people there were excellent. They were a big help, was able to get the work done before the weekend, and did an wonderful job. I would recommend Gerber to anyone I know. Thank you for such great service.

Everyone there was extremly nice, very helpful and contacted just as they said they would do. They kept me updated on my vehicle repairs. Not once, did I have to call them and ask them anything. They took care of my vehicle. I saw one little thing and they immediately corrected the problem with no questions. EXCELLENT TEAM AT THE HIGHLAND LOCATION!!!! I wish I could take my there for all of my car repairs!!! Thanks for caring about the job that you do and the people that you serve!!!
