While on a trip to visit my sister in Chesterton Indiana we had a mishap with our vehicle's window and needed help! Jose V. was awesome to work with. His friendly, polite, and fast service made our mess more bearable. We had a long trip home on the highway and without Jose it would have been a rough trip home! I will be telling everyone here about the awesome service you all provided!

Wonderful staff, every one of them i dealt with was very helpful, patient, and kind. Couldn't have been any happier with the service. There was a little confusion with the responsible insurance company and they were very helpful and patient in getting it resolved. Every question i had was answered promptly and satisfactorily. The ease of pick up and drop off of the rental was also great thanks to their assistance. The repair work on my vehicle was outstanding and was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.
