They were excellent!! I got daily check ups, and my car was even done early. I love the extra touch of a car wash, and they vacuumed and wipe the inside of my car.

I had four quotes from local repair shops to fix the dent in passenger side of my Chrysler,Town and Country. Gerber was the average quote and I am so glad I chose Gerger. I received wonderful service from my neighborhood Gerger Collision. My van was returned to me much sooner than expected and the repairs were excellent. It looked better than the day I bought it. It was completely cleaned inside and the several "tree sap marks" were removed from the outside. Also the staff was very, very nice. Rick and Danielle communicated well with me and were very personable. I say enough about the great quality of service I received. I certainly will recommend Gerger.

Great experience with this facility. Very personable staff. The repairs were done perfectly. The receptionist(Danielle?) was very helpful with getting my loaner car. Hopefully, I won't need their services again, but if I do, I know my car and myself will be taken care of.

Gerber Collision in Highland was terrific. Sean's put together my estimate quickly and scheduling the repair with Danielle was easy. When I picked up the car, I was amazed as how good it looked. It was as if the car had never been hit. Everyone was friendly and the price was very reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend Gerber in Highland to anyone who needs auto body repair and if the need arises in the future, I will return to them.

Before coming to Gerber, I had a bad experience with another company that failed to repair my car properly after two attempts. Upon my initial inquiry phone call with the Gerber in Munster, IN I encountered excellent customer service from Paul Buddell. I spoke with him over the phone and based on our conversation I brought my car in for an estimate. Paul was very thorough and straight forward and very respectful. I was able to schedule the repairs quickly with Melissa, who also was very personable and exhibited excellent customer service. I was offered a rental car, free of charge, while the car was being worked on, which was an extremely big stress reliever. Initially, I was told that the car was to take 3 days for the repair, and to my surprise the car was complete in just 1 day and looks great. And I very much appreciated the text ... messages. Great job! My car was finished a week earlier than estimated. All body work done beautifully. They even arranged to have windshield done at same time. Inside was detailed and super clean. Service was excellent -- they called me twice a week to give me an update. Excellent!
