I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of repairs. A day after getting the car back a brake warning light came on the dashboard, we contacted Sean and brought the car in where they found a bad ABS sensor clip. Repair was done in a couple of hours and we were back on the road with no further issues.

I was pleasantly greeted by everyone at the location from Veronica at the front desk, to Phil the Estimator, and even the interaction I had with the General Manager. Even though I lost my vehicle to repair for a week I had great knowledge of what was going on and kept well informed. The text messages helped as well. This team does an EXCEPTIONAL job taking care of the customers!!!

Outstanding customer service from the moment of my first phone call! Paul was extremely helpful informing me exactly what was going to happen with my car's repairs and when they would be done. He also gave me the option as to how many times I would prefer to be updated. I didn't have a ride to where I needed to be after I dropped off my car and the staff was more than happy to give me a lift a few miles away. I was never worried one time about leaving my car with Gerber and it was actually ready before the day promised. My car looks just as good as when I bought it, if not better! It also drives very well, no problems whatsoever a month later. 5 star quality all around. Thank you Gerber Collision and Glass for taking care of me and my car!
