Very professional staff, was notified of other damage to vehicle and how long it would take to repair. I also liked that the collision center was inside the dealership were I purchased my vehicle.

We had a great experience with the staff at Gerber in Merrillville, Indiana. The front desk assistant, Casey and Michael were very professional and very compassionate. Although the repair took longer than expected, due to a faulty part that was delivered, we appreciated them having our vehicle ready for us for a funeral in our family! Casey was so sweet and very professional. Casey and Michael need to be commended for their efforts to get our vehicle back to us looking great! We will recommend this facility to others! Thank you again for your professionalism displayed to us! Our insurance company was Triple AAA and was not on the list. Thank you again for everything. They even called as a courtesy to see if the car was ok with us. Very nice to follow up with people.
