Excellent feedback by phone on when my vehicle will be done. My car was done 4 days earlier than expected. I loved that Gerber paid for the rental from Enterprise since I didn't have it covered on my insurance.

Excellent and timely service from first estimate appointment to repair done in two days, they offered to drive me home after dropping off my car and get me a rental, I really didn't need one because my repairs were done so quickly. My car was repaired perfectly and also cleaned inside and out. The staff were friendly and professional. I will recommend them to family and friends. I am very pleased.

I brought my car into Gerber for some hail damage in the end of July. The manager, Rick, and Danielle were up front when i walked in and greeted me with smiles and how can we help you today. They even offered me coffee since it was early in the day. Very painlessly they assisted me in getting a claim started with state farm and had my car inspected. Before i knew it there was a man there from enterprise rent a car and i was on my way out of the door. Rick regularly updated me with phone calls and explained what was going on with my vehicle. Very professional and understanding about my inconvenience. The shop ended up needing to replace some things that they originally didn't intend on, so my car was there for a few extra days.
