Both Bob and Jessica where very pleasant to work with, the text communication was excellent and the car was completed a day earlier and they did a great job. I would highly reccomend them to anyone and will be using them to dosome work on my other cars.

I have to give another 5 stars, to make it 10, excellent job, couldn't have been done any better, anywhere else, close to home, very obliging, and listened to my requests, n they were granted, love Melissa, George, Paul Tim ,Dave, n Manuel, the tech, that worked on my Honda Fit, n made it brand new again.. Manager Aaron was extremely helpful. Gerber did an excellent job on the repair. Job was completed two days before the initial estimated completion date, and was texted updates throughout. Will recommend to friends and family.

Gerber did an awesome job on my vehicle it looks brand new again! The manager was so wonderful and made sure I was completely satisfied. The girl at the desk was so friendly and she kept me informed through the whole process. My repair was a big job and I am so happy I went to the Merrillville Gerber even though it was a little far. Gerber will make sure your car is back to the way it was before the accident. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair after an accident.

I want to give 5 stars because I thought everything went perfect as far as the repair, the quality, the timeliness, the great customer service, everyone being very friendly especially George M. but to remain completely truthful I received my car back on a Thursday, while driving it that evening I was having issues with the clarity of my stereo system. At first I thought maybe it was the actual stations itself and not the car. After a little investigation I realized the antenna was not put back on my car. I called the next morning, they told me to bring the car back in, I did. George ended up finding it wedged in between my back seat & door & screwed it back on for me. He apologized and gave an explanation as to how that happened. Hey mistakes happen! Overall I still would absolutely recommend this place to others and hopefully I ... never have to, but, if I need to have something else repaired they would be my first choice! read more
