i was very pleased with the way that gerber responded to my claim and how fast that they repaired my vehicle. i took it in that morning for repairs and picked the vehicle up that afternoon. wow! what fast service. thanks to all of the staff working at gerber in valparaiso.

From the moment my dear husband spoke with the receptionist to the kind gentleman who gave him back the keys to his car there was nothing but kindness, professional behavior shown to him. We can't thank you enough for making our year. It was so wonderful and if ever we have another occasion to come to you we will gladly do so. I just have to say that my husband smile meant so much to me that day of the pick up. When he was hit he had just dropped off a church member at his home and while parked a large SUV full of people that had been celebrating a little too much and attempted to park where he was parked, I'm so thankful that he wasn't injured.
