Customer service was excellent. Car was completed one day ahead of schedule and it turned out great. Would recommend Munster, Indiana location to anyone that needs anything replaced. They even washed my car when I picked it up.

I have NEVER had such excellent customer service. Usually people don't bother taking the time to explain the details to me because I'm female, or assume I'm not knowledgeable enough to care. Jeff S. kept me more informed than the insurance company!! The staff was honest and sincere, and they went FAR above and beyond the call of duty for me. I will always return here for future work and recommend Gerber Collision to anyone.

Brought two vehicles in for body work on two different occasions, and I wouldn't trust anyone else! Both vehicles came out looking brand new. On top of that, their service is top-notch! They even went out of their way to wash the vehicles afterwards! Customer service is excellent too, and the staff is very welcoming and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I recently had occasion to visit the Gerber Collision shop at Taft St. in Merrillville, Indiana after the side molding on my driver side door had been stripped off in a car wash. The manager, Aaron H., personally attended to my problem and was very congenial and accommodating. Within two days, he had the side molding reinstalled and even touched up the scratched paint - at NO CHARGE! What a great guy and great service; I couldn't recommend this store more highly. Thank you Aaron!
