I honestly couldn't be more happy with my 1st experience with gerber collision and glass in Cedar lake indiana. From A-Z the service was nothing shy of perfection and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will (and already have) refer more business to them as I can't say enough about the fact that their service was implicitly flawless from beginning to end! The staff at Gerber Fairfield are all top of the line. I was treated like the president from beginning to end and the work itself reflected what you would provide to the president. I great to know you can find a shop that you can trust and count on and never have to shop around. I've been here 3 different occasions and the service, professionalism, and quality has never waivered! Michael & Mike are professional all the way. My car was damaged and believe it or not they made the entire experience a pleasure even though it cost me money.

Michael was available immediately to look at my car, even though I had no appointment. He gave a verbal estimate on the spot, which turned out to be very close to the final repair amount. I was treated respectfully and made comfortable while I waited. I also had a rental car free. Thanks Gerber.

Cost to repair came back less than quote. Only have had three claims the last twenty years but each time I have like the repairs and paint matching. I'm very impressed and will recommend it to my friends

I am so pleased with the work Gerber Collision did on my vehicle. It looks even better than it did before the accident. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will be telling all of my friends about you. As a single woman I was so happy to get the hottest body man in the shop to work on my vehicle. Stephen did such a great job. I want to wreck my vehicle again just so I can come back to see him.

Wonderful Work! Car looks AMAZING!!! Work was done perfectly! And when I went to pick it up it was washed, cleaned, vacuumed and looks waxed!!!! BEAUTIFUL! ...looks brand new!!! They were wonderful! And had it completed in 4 days! AMAZING PEOPLE!!!! I will recommend them every chance I get to everyone I know!!!! THANK YOU!!!

His expertise and human decency made my auto collision repair experience, in which I began with guarded reservations, excellent. The Gerber feedback via text and on the telephone represented first rate communication feedback. This is very important for me since I need my vehicle for work. If I have or know of any future needs of friends & family, I look forward to future business with Gerber at this location.
