WOW! I am so happy with my service at the Highland Store. Rick W. Danielle, and Shawn were very professional and personable. The quote process was very quick and easy. I was told step by step the work and the parts needed for the repair. It was very easy to set an appointment. I even received a phone call everyday my car was in the shop for the progress. The transparency was amazing and the repair was worth the price. Thanks Again for making this process so easy!

This was my first experience with Gerber Collision and it required getting body damage repaired. Michael, my estimator, made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way. From getting the perfect size rental to having my car already warm and ready at pickup; it was truly was a great experience. My car was also ready 2 days before the estimated pickup time. I did not know anything about gerber collision. State Farm sent me for an on-sight estimate and I had the work done there. Service was over and above my expectations from the front desk to completed repair. I have recommended Gerber Collision to my friends and will continue to do so.

Wonderful experience from estimate to pick up! Each staff member we encountered was full of hospitality. Our vehicle was finished in the time they had planned it to be. We were phoned with updates as the repairs were being made. We were provide a rental at no cost to us. They took the time to clean it inside and out after the repairs!! It looked as good as when we drove it off the lot where we purchased it once the job was completed! We highly recommend Gerber for your auto repair needs.

My front drivers side was smashed in by a stolen vehicle the day after Christmas. I was able to get it to Gerber two days later. By Jan 12th I was called to come pick up my vehicle. Gerber did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anybody. They have great customer service and has my 2006 Jeep Liberty looking brand new. They even cleaned out the inside and out all my belongings that were left in there back in nice and neat. They did a wonderful job and took care of my vehicle as if it was their own.
