I just want to thank everyone at Valpariso and Chesterton for caring about me not only as a customer but as a person. My beautiful pearl white Buick lacrosse was a mess and when i got it back it looks brand new. But not only that i went to the wrong shop (Valpariso) had already turned my car in and the manager made sure i got over there to Chesterton. Don gave me a ride there when he was suppose to be off his shift....the staff over at Chesterton stayed over 30 min past their shift so o can pick up my car......thanks everyone who helped me that day. You guys are the best.

Took my 2014 Ford Fusion in for repair on a Wednesday afternoon. They called me Thursday to update me on the repairs. Friday afternoon they called to tell me it was complete! Very thorough! I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!!

Michael was fantastic!!! We had a very difficult situation with our insurance company and Michael helped us on his end in every way possible so that we reached the best conclusion. Everyone at this location was very helpful, accommodating and courteous. Several people told updated us while we were waiting for the vehicle to be finished and the front desk person was able to help us immediately when we realize we forgot something in the rental car. Rick was very helpful and talked to us for a few minutes. We will use Gerber Collision again if needed!
