They kept me updated every step of the way and finished my car exactly when they said they would. They even cleaned and vacuumed out the inside. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Gerber in Westfield, IN. The work was excellent and the customer service was phenomenal. This was my first experience with a body shop and an insurance claim and everyone made it so easy. From the estimate, to contacting the insurance company, to arranging the rental car; everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The car looks brand new and to top it off they cleaned out the inside. They even removed the gum wrappers I kept meaning to get to but hadn't made time for. I didn't expect this at all, but it was a wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing work done and, though I hope I don't need to, I would for sure bring my car back in for more body work if needed. Thank you so much!
