They did an awesome job on my car. Everyone was very friendly and helped me through the whole process. They kept me updated every step of the way and finished my car exactly when they said they would. They even cleaned and vacuumed out the inside. Love that their work comes with a lifetime guarantee so I don't have to worry about a thing! I would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Gerber in Westfield, IN. The work was excellent and the customer service was phenomenal. This was my first experience with a body shop and an insurance claim and everyone made it so easy. From the estimate, to contacting the insurance company, to arranging the rental car; everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The car looks brand new and to top it off they cleaned out the inside. They even removed the gum wrappers I kept meaning to get to but hadn't made time for. I didn't expect this at all, but it was a wonderful surprise. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing work done and, though I hope I don't need to, I would for sure bring my car back in for more body work if needed. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with my door dent repair. I can not tell it was even in the shop and I was very worried about the paint matching! I've only had my BMW x5 for 4 months when it received a huge door dent. Gerber Collision was easy to work with and fixed my car in a very timely fashion!!

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident and I had it sent to Gerber Collision to be repaired. Michael was my estimator and I walked away happy. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repair as well as helped get me into a rental car. The speed at which my vehicle was fixed and returned back to me was faster than what I expected. The staff is very professional and friendly too.

Aaron H. the store manager is wonderful and a perfectionist!! The crew there helped me get the things I needed from my car because my arm was in a sling due to my accident! Chad and his team provided excellent customer service and did an amazing job of repairing the collision damage on my car. This was hands-down the best experience I've had with a body shop. I was periodically contacted with progress updates on my car so I was never "out of the loop". Aside from the professional customer service, they did a 5-star job of repairing my car. By looking at the final report I received at pick-up, I can assure you that no corners were cut. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of collision repair.
