Service personnel were very customer centered. Communication was excellent. Body work is very satisfactory. There was one mechanical issue that was not foreseen. It was promptly repaired. Great shop!

I made arrangements to drop off car for necessary repairs. When I arrived they were ready to receive me. Cup of coffee was provided which was a nice touch. Also, I recvd some complementary tickets to Railcats baseball game tgat they were giving out. All staff from start to finish were professional and made sure I understood everything and provided excellent customer service. I was even given ride to Enterprise car rental after rental company didn't come to pick me up. I appreciated them for this. I appreciated overall visit and will recommend to family and friends.

Did a beautiful job on repairing my van. Looks like new. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Even calling to give us updates. They got it in very fast and The van was ready by the date they told me it would be. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone . Although I hope I never need their services again IF I did I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
