Everyone was so helpful, especially the young lady at the front desk, I felt like I was in good hands. The body work was beautiful, no one ever would know I had any damage, plus my car came back clean! I liked the text updates, very helpful! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and glass in Portage, In.

The service by Gerber was amazing! They worked with my insurance company to get my estimate approved. Next, I delivered my car and we performed a thorough walk through and explanation of the work to be done. Finally, the repair to my vehicle was completed in less than 2 days and it looks like my damage never happened! Thanks Gerber Collison Repair!

Excellent job. Had an accident where it wasn't my fault, but other driver left, so it ended up being my headache. Rick and Kyle and the entire staff made it simple since they worked with my insurance and so it was a pleasant experience. My car looks brand new. I'm extremely happy with the entire turnover.

I'm so happy that Gerber Collision fixed my car. They made sure everything was perfect. They paid close attention to detail and it looks like a brand new car. So I just received my car back today. I had hit a deer and had a nice amount of damage that,after gerber was done, looked amazing. I do have a problem with the door not closing, but called and scheduled for them to take a look at it and they were very professional and understanding. The man Julio went thru the claims with me and I wish we would of noticed the door issue, however with everyone there being so wonderful I have no problem going back to have it looked at. Thank you Gerber of Merrillville. You guys have gained a lifetime customer!
